The returns window will be confirmed here before the store opens for orders. Until then, treat any period quoted elsewhere on this site as indicative.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging and with all accessories included. Items damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault, email support@woltx.ae with your order reference and a photograph. We arrange collection at our cost.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
